What happens at the visit
Here it is, step by step.
The doctor asks for the test
This happens in your room, while the doctor is with you.
You have the scan
We take no sample. The scan is done in the maternity room. It does not hurt.
Our lab does the test
It is done here, in the same building.
You get the result the same day
The doctor goes through it with you and explains what it means. If you need medicines, you get them from our dispensary before you leave. You go home with a printed note of your visit.
Before you come
What to do before you come depends on the test or scan. Ask us how to get ready, at the front desk or on WhatsApp.
For a pregnancy check at any stage. Also when the doctor wants to look inside your body: the stomach area, the lower belly, the kidneys and bladder, the liver and gallbladder, the thyroid in the neck, the breast, the testicles (scrotum), or lumps and swellings under the skin.
