This website keeps the details you type into its forms only to arrange your visit. They are deleted after 12 months. This website does not collect medical records.

What the forms keep
When you ask for a visit or write to us through this website, we keep:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address, if you give one
- the reason for your visit, in your own words
- the day and the time of day you asked for
- whether it is your first visit, and what you said you need help with
- the time the front desk agrees with you, and a note of each change to the request with its date and time
- a scrambled version of your internet address (a one-way code, not the address itself), used to stop misuse of the form
Why we keep it
To arrange your visit. The front desk uses these details to agree a time with you, and to call or message you if it changes.
How long we keep it
12 months from the date you send the form. Then it is deleted.
Who can see it
Clinic staff who arrange visits, and Afriscope Health Research Co. Limited, which runs the clinic and this website.
Medical records
This website does not collect medical records. The reason you write in the form is used only to arrange the visit.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics (with Vercel Speed Insights) to see, as totals, which pages are read and how fast they load. We do not use these reports to find out who you are.
