We phone you 2 to 5 days after your visit to ask how you are.

Two to five days after your visit, someone from the clinic phones you to ask how you are. The call is short. We ask if you have taken the medicines, if you feel better, and if anything has changed. If it would help, we book a time for the nurse to check you again.
If you have a question before we call, send us a WhatsApp message or call the clinic. Please make sure the front desk has a phone number that works, and tell us if it changes. Call us if anything changes.
